Disrespect, passive-aggressive comments, gossip, or judgment will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal. Every member is expected to maintain a tone of support, not criticism we are here to uplift, not tear down.

This is not a place for unsolicited medical advice. While sharing personal experience is welcome, diagnosing or instructing others on treatment is strictly prohibited. This is a space for empathy and shared stories, not medical direction. All members must respect each other's privacy. Sharing screenshots, reposting forum content elsewhere, or discussing other members without consent is strictly forbidden. Violations will lead to bans.

This is an inclusive space racism, sexism, ableism, transphobia, homophobia, or any form of discrimination is not tolerated under any circumstances. Trigger warnings must be used on posts that include heavy emotional topics such as trauma, death, abuse, or hospitalization. We will remove any post that could be potentially harmful without appropriate content warnings.
